Position: 1094286 – Manager, Enterprise Architecture Client: Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension) Work Status: Remote (within Canada) Location: Remote – Chalk River Laboratories, Ontario (one mandatory site visit of approximately 3 days) Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Security: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Level II (Secret) Security Clearance (10 years of verifiable residency and employment/education history required). Preference is to have secret clearance Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred) · 10+ years of Information Technology experience · Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience · Experience leading and managing Enterprise Architecture teams · Experience developing Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmaps · Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman or similar) · Experience with Cloud Architecture, APIs, Microservices and Digital Platforms · Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise governance · Experience collaborating with executives and business stakeholders · Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills · TOGAF or Certified Enterprise Architect certification is a strong asset. Responsibilities · Lead and mentor the Enterprise Architecture team · Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap · Establish enterprise architecture standards, principles and governance · Review and approve enterprise architecture designs · Drive digital transformation initiatives · Partner with business and technology leaders on strategic initiatives · Assess existing enterprise architecture and recommend improvements · Manage vendor relationships · Support the CIO on enterprise technology planning · Supervise a team of Enterprise, Infrastructure, Software and Cloud Architects.

Lead and mentor the Enterprise Architecture team while developing and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap. Establish standards and governance, review designs, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 10 years of IT experience, with extensive knowledge in Enterprise Architecture and team management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with experience in cloud architecture and enterprise governance.
