We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Officer (SIC) to join our esteemed team. The Position As a First Officer (SIC), under the supervision of the PIC, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our flights. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all regulations. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and reputation in the industry. Duties will be primarily associated with operating 604 (Private, non-revenue) passenger flights, and operating 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. Your Responsibilities Flight Safety and Compliance: Under the Supervision of the PIC Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual. Flight Operations: Serve as the Second in Command for both 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals. Leadership and Teamwork: Under the Supervision of the PIC Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or concerns.
