Team members collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to deliver high-quality, client-centered interventions. Role Description This part-time remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. The BCBA will analyze client data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes. Daily tasks include coaching parents and caregivers, providing telehealth sessions, and offering guidance on behavior management and skill acquisition. The role also includes collaborating with other professionals, documenting services in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and participating in regular team meetings and case reviews. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, program design, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to coach caregivers and implement consistent strategies across settings. Candidates should possess a foundation in Psychology to understand developmental, emotional, and behavioral factors influencing client needs. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice in applicable jurisdictions. Experience providing remote or telehealth behavioral services and comfort using digital tools for documentation and communication. Strong analytical, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity. Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
