(ASD-W) - Casual Bus Driver - Fredericton/Oromocto Area

Please note the following (read carefully): * This application is for individuals interested in working in the Fredericton & Oromocto Education Centre area (encompassing Keswick, Burtts Corner, Hanwell, Harvey, McAdam, Fredericton Junction, and all areas in between), and who are available to attend our upcoming training course. You will NOT move forward in the hiring process unless you are available as follows: Location: Hanwell Park Academy (2331 Route 640, Hanwell, NB) Dates: November 2-6, 2026 Time: 08:30 AM - 4:00 pm Daily (Monday-Friday) * Whereas the nature of a Bus Driver requires timely deployment to work on short notice, it is expected that applicants live within the Fredericton/ Oromocto Education Centre boundaries and within a reasonable proximity to selected schools/bus routes. Please note priority will be given to those with addresses in the Fredericton & Oromocto area (encompassing Keswick, Burtts Corner, Hanwell, Harvey, McAdam, Fredericton Junction, and all areas in between), If applying from an address outside of these areas, please describe in your application how you would meet these expectations, or your application will be withdrawn. * Failure to submit all required documents will result in your withdrawal from this requisition. The bus driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students within the Fredericton and Oromocto Education Centre area. Drivers must be available for short-notice deployment and adhere to all district safety protocols.

Applicants must reside within the designated school district boundaries and possess a valid driving record. Mandatory documentation includes a resume, three references, a recent driving abstract, and a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search.
