Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Employer's home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Organize, activities such as games and outings for children. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Prepare infants and children for rest periods. Supervise and care for children. Take children to and from school and to appointments. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Help children with homework. Target audience: Supervise and care for twins. School age (6 - 12 years). Newborn (including expecting mother). Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years). Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
