About The Role As a Client Care Representative (CCR), you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a compassionate and professional experience from arrival through to discharge. This role is ideally suited to someone with veterinary industry experience or who is early in their vet nurse studies. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both clients and clinical teams during emergency situations. As AES Tanawha operates after hours, flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, nights, and early mornings is essential. What Your Day Looks Like Welcoming clients and triaging pets on arrival Providing updates and support to pet owners Liaising with veterinarians and nurses regarding patient and financial information Assisting with payments and insurance claims Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations Completing administration tasks to support clinic operations About You Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, specialist practice, or emergency setting is highly desirable Candidates currently studying Veterinary Nursing or seeking a long-term career within the veterinary industry will be highly regarded Strong customer service and communication skills Calm, resilient, and able to perform under pressure Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable transport for shift work Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster Benefits Casual hourly rate starting at $34.24 + shift penalties Australia’s largest employee-owned veterinary group Fitness Passport Pet wellbeing discounts Employee Assistance Program Wellbeing initiatives and dedicated wellbeing committee Further education and career development opportunities Internal transfer and promotion opportunities Fully stocked snack cupboards and regular food deliveries If you’re passionate about client care and have experience in the veterinary industry, we’d love to hear from you.
