Résumé du poste

Ansept Construction is a growing general contractor delivering residential, commercial, multifamily, restoration, and design-build projects across Western Canada. We are hiring Project Managers to lead project delivery across our operating regions. The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from pre-construction handoff through closeout, including budget management, schedule oversight, client relationships, and subcontractor coordination. This role works in close partnership with Site Superintendents who manage day-to-day field operations, while the Project Manager provides overall project direction to ensure profitability, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction handoff through closeout, including scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. • Monitor project financials on an ongoing basis, including cost tracking, subcontractor invoice review, change order documentation, and margin reporting to ensure projects remain profitable. • Coordinate with Site Superintendents on project progress, trade sequencing, schedule risks, and recovery planning, ensuring field operations align with project objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct regular site visits to review quality, assess progress against milestones, and verify that change orders and additional work are properly documented and approved prior to execution. • Prepare and maintain weekly project status reports for leadership, providing a clear summary of schedule health, budget position, active risks, and next steps for each assigned project. What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience, with growth as Ansept scales. • A diverse project portfolio: residential renovations, commercial builds, multifamily, restoration, and design-build. • Autonomy to run your projects with support from senior leadership when you need it. • Hybrid flexibility: office for project controls and team coordination, sites for quality assurance and stakeholder management. • A company that’s growing fast across Western Canada and values people who want to grow with it. You Must Have (Non-Negotiable) • Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Nice to Have (But Not Required) • PMP, Gold Seal, or equivalent project management certification. • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with restoration and insurance-related construction work. • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Archdesk, or similar PM software. • Experience managing projects from under $500K to $10M+. • Working knowledge of building codes and workplace safety legislation in your province. • Existing subcontractor and supplier relationships in your local market.
