What You’ll Do As a Senior Manager, you’ll oversee complex client engagements—including audits, reviews, compilations, and advanced tax work—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, working alongside Partners to provide thoughtful guidance and responsive service. You’ll also play a central role in leading and developing our team—mentoring staff, supporting those in the CPA program, and helping shape how we work through training, feedback, and process improvements. Your leadership will guide junior managers and professional staff, helping them build confidence and technical skill.
