This role ensures seamless coordination, compliance with aerospace standards, and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs across aircraft programs. Education: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in aerospace / mechanical engineering 8–10 years’ experience Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer (only if aligned with JD level) Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Aircraft structures and materials (metallic & sheet metal) Structural design principles and load paths Stress analysis fundamentals Hands-on experience with: CATIA (mandatory) ENOVIA Drawing standards and GD&T Domain Knowledge Familiarity with: Aircraft certification requirements (FAR/CS 25) Engineering change processes (ECR/ECO)

The Onsite Engineer/Coordinator acts as a vital link between the client’s engineering team and the offshore delivery team for aerospace structural design projects. This role ensures compliance with aerospace standards and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering with 8-10 years of experience. A strong understanding of aircraft structures, materials, and structural design principles is essential, along with hands-on experience with CATIA.
