Education: Expérience: Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Work setting Catering firm Tasks Administer revenues and expenditures Assist in preparing financial reports Promote conference and meeting services or special events Inspect and select sites Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Prepare, present and manage budgets Determine requirements for hospitality services, signage, multi-media equipment, printing and other technical services, and arrange for and manage contracts for these services Arrange for production or purchase of promotional products Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage Assist in site selection and attend to related details Co-ordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events Research and design special events programs Plan for VIP arrangements Manage Event Logistics Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies Co-ordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff Co-ordinate special events Area of work experience Special events Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Work under pressure Tight deadlines Fast-paced environment Personal suitability Client focus Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Team player Time management Resourcefulness Ability to multitask Employment terms options Evening Shift Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Employment terms options On call Day Weekend Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week
