Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategies, goals, and objectives. Informatica Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of Informatica technologies and their configurations. Provide guidance on best practices for migrating and optimizing Informatica workloads in a cloud environment. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units. Engage with senior management to provide project updates, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure a smooth migration process. Work closely with technical teams to address challenges and ensure alignment with project timelines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges that may arise during the migration process. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of data and applications post-migration. Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of the migrated systems. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and management. Cloud Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud migration processes. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the field of Cloud or infrastructure. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented and driven to meet project objectives. Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to challenges. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
