Responsibilities Develop comprehensive and precise electrical and instrumentation estimates for major industrial projects, covering equipment, cabling, heat tracing, and systems. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, identify opportunities, and pinpoint risks. Formulate winning estimating strategies, create budgets, and support bid submissions with compelling, competitive proposals. Contribute to project planning, schedule development, and risk assessment, ensuring financial viability and efficiency. Build strong relationships through clear communication and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Qualifications 1-5 years of construction-related estimating experience, strong in heavy industrial environments like energy, mining, or petrochemical sectors. Exceptional skills in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office; experience with tools like Primavera or BIM is advantageous. Post-secondary diploma in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
