Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. Prepare regulatory reporting, tax schedules, and other required financial reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies. Partner with stakeholders across the business to answer accounting questions and provide financial support. What We're Looking For CPA designation (or working towards) is a strong asset. Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong hands-on experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and complex journal entries. Advanced Excel skills, including strong experience with Power Query. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Insurance accounting or IFRS 17 experience is an asset.
