Our client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal who thrives on precision, pace, and progress. In this role, you’ll help keep real estate transactions running smoothly by coordinating documents, deadlines, and details that matter—supporting a busy legal practice where organization and follow-through are everything. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents and closing packages Coordinate key transaction milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups with internal and external parties Support file management, including opening/closing files and maintaining accurate records Communicate with clients and third parties to gather information and resolve missing items Assist with general administrative and legal support tasks related to real estate matters Qualifications Experience supporting real estate legal files in a paralegal or legal assistant capacity Strong document management, proofreading, and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple files and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional client-facing approach Proficiency with common office tools and legal document workflows At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
