We are partnering with a very loyal client of ours in the mining Industry to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator for an approximately three-month contract opportunity. As the organization moves forward with an exciting new HR systems project, a key member of the HR team will be temporarily seconded to support the implementation. They are looking for someone who can step in, quickly get up to speed, and provide hands-on administrative support to keep recruitment and onboarding activities running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll work closely with the Recruiter and broader HR team and be involved throughout the recruitment process—from opening a position through interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities. What You'll Be Doing You'll provide day-to-day recruitment administration and coordination, including: Update job descriptions using current templates and coordinate review, signatures, and final documentation Initiate job requisitions within ADP Coordinate job postings with Community Liaisons and external recruitment sites Maintain and update the Careers webpage Prepare interview folders, documentation, and interview guides Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with the Recruiter Review and audit offer letters for accuracy and completeness Prepare Total Rewards Statements Issue employment offers to candidates through ADP Maintain recruitment tracking information and offer details Coordinate and track pre-employment medical testing Prepare offer rescind letters when required Create new employee folders and maintain electronic documentation Coordinate required new-hire notifications Assist with employee setup, including travel-agent profiles and parking passes Collect and follow up on Criminal Record Checks where required Maintain resume documentation for Training Administer the employee referral process Provide additional recruitment and HR administrative support as priorities arise What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running while still being comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively with the team. Ideally, you'll bring: Previous experience in HR, recruitment administration, or recruitment coordination Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with offers and employee documentation Experience coordinating interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities Comfort working within an HRIS or Applicant Tracking System; ADP experience would be a strong asset Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee and candidate information A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed Why Consider This Contract?
