Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity in Winnipeg. This is an onsite position within a large, fast-paced organization and is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has strong full-cycle recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding, across multiple provinces in Western Canada. Recruit for a high volume of positions across various departments and organizational levels. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing requirements and provide effective recruitment support. Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies. Screen, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS. Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines. Monitor recruitment activity and achieve established hiring targets and KPIs. Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate closely with HR and internal stakeholders to support organizational hiring needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within a large, fast-paced organization is required. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Experience with UKG is considered an asset. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities. Results-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume environment while meeting tight deadlines. Strong computer skills and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is an asset. CPHR designation or a recruiting-related certification is an asset. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
