The Platform NEXT organization includes Technical Program Management (TPM), Portfolio Management, User Experience, Analytics & Data and AI Agility. While these teams support common strategic outcomes, they currently leverage different processes, workflows, data structures, and tools that are not always connected. The objective of this engagement is to create a cohesive systems architecture that improves cross-functional collaboration, information management, visibility, decision-making, and platform delivery effectiveness. The consultant will evaluate current-state capabilities, identify opportunities for integration and optimization, design a target-state operating architecture, and implement high-value improvements across our tooling ecosystem. Key Objectives During the engagement, the resource will: Assess and Align: Evaluate the current tooling, workflows, and information architecture across Platform NEXT functions to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improved cross-functional alignment. Design the Future-State Operating Ecosystem: Define a target-state systems, tooling, and workflow architecture that enables seamless collaboration, knowledge sharing, decision-making, and visibility across the organization. Deliver Actionable Improvements and Roadmap: Implement high-impact quick wins and provide a prioritized roadmap for tooling, integration, automation, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve organizational effectiveness and platform delivery outcomes. Scope of Work: Assess the current Platform NEXT tooling, workflows, and information landscape across PgM, TPM, Portfolio Management, UX, Analytics & Data, AI Agility, and Engineering. Identify gaps, redundancies, integration opportunities, and process inefficiencies. Design a target-state systems and workflow architecture that improves collaboration, visibility, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness. Recommend and prioritize tooling, automation, and integration improvements across platforms such as Jira, GitHub, Airtable, Confluence, Teams, Splunk, and AWS. Deliver selected quick wins, prototypes, or pilot implementations that demonstrate measurable business value. Develop a roadmap and governance recommendations to guide future evolution of the Platform NEXT operating ecosystem. Qualifications: Experience designing enterprise systems, operating models, and workflow architectures. Strong background in program management, portfolio management, or organizational effectiveness. Expertise with enterprise collaboration and delivery platforms. Experience integrating systems and designing scalable information flows. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to quickly understand complex organizations and deliver actionable recommendations.
