Senior Frontend Developer

We are hiring for a 100% remote 3-month position within Canada. Top 3 Must-Haves: Strong expertise in React.js with a deep understanding of component architecture, state management, performance optimization, and modern front-end development practices. Experience integrating with CDNs (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare) and deploying high-performance, globally distributed web applications. Hands-on experience with Contentful or another headless CMS (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Adobe AEM Headless, Prismic). Roles and Responsibilities: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience building modern, large-scale front-end applications. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and web performance optimization. Experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and edge rendering. Experience building or extending WYSIWYG website/page builders, visual authoring platforms, or drag-and-drop content editing experiences (strong plus). Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook). Experience implementing personalization capabilities based on customer segments, user behavior, or AI-driven recommendations. Exposure to microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and backend technologies. Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices. Experience with design system development.

The role involves building large-scale front-end applications with a focus on high performance and global distribution. Responsibilities include implementing visual authoring platforms, personalization capabilities, and integrating with headless CMS and CDNs.

Candidates need 5-7+ years of experience in modern front-end development, specifically with React.js and Next.js. Proficiency in headless CMS, cloud-native development via AWS, and performance optimization is required.
