Platform Engineer – DevOps Specialist (Lead Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer – DevOps Specialist to lead the design, integration, automation, and support of enterprise Marketing Technology and Social Technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead platform engineering and DevOps initiatives for enterprise SaaS applications ✔ Design and support API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions ✔ Manage production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis ✔ Collaborate with business, security, compliance, and engineering teams ✔ Develop architecture documentation, runbooks, and technical designs ✔ Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency Required Skills: ✅ 7+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SaaS Platform experience ✅ Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, automation, monitoring, and release management ✅ Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO, SAML, and OIDC ✅ Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, Kubernetes/Podman, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell, SQL, etc.) ✅ Strong understanding of networking, security, IAM, Azure Key Vault or AWS KMS, and enterprise integrations ✅ Experience working in Agile environments with excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: ⭐ Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront ⭐ Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Stensul, Proofpoint Patrol ⭐ DevOps, Cloud, Adobe, Salesforce, or Agile certifications

Lead the design, integration, and automation of enterprise Marketing and Social Technology platforms. Manage production support, incident resolution, and the development of technical architecture documentation.

Requires over 7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SaaS platforms. Candidates must possess strong skills in CI/CD, cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and various scripting languages.
