Define and document architecture patterns, reference designs, and technology roadmaps for enterprise deployments, including hybrid cloud and edge integration. Evaluate and recommend emerging open-source technologies, frameworks, and standards, balancing functional, architectural, and operational trade-offs. Provide technical leadership in proof-of-concept and pilot programs for AI and high-performance workloads, ensuring optimal use of GPUs, FPGAs, and other accelerators. Partner with the security architecture team to embed security-by-design principles across all components. Act as a mentor and technical authority for development teams, fostering a high-performance engineering culture. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in software architecture and product development, with at least 5 years in cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise markets. Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure requirements: security, compliance, scalability, performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery. Proven expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Argo CD). Experience with observability and analytics platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, OpenSearch). Solid understanding of AI/ML workload orchestration in cloud environments, including GPU scheduling, data pipeline management, and inference serving. Familiarity with cloud-native standards (CNCF projects, CSI, CNI) and multi-cloud/hybrid cloud architectures. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) with complex compliance needs. Contributions to open-source projects in Kubernetes, OpenStack, or related ecosystems. Understanding of edge computing architectures and distributed systems at scale. Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security automation. What We Offer Opportunity to define the next generation of enterprise private cloud solutions. Work with cutting-edge technologies in cloud-native, AI, and automation domains. A collaborative environment with some of the best engineering talent in the industry. Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
