Job Description Join the hospitality group at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Aramark is hiring a full-time Residence Dining Manager to operate and manage the Student Dining Hall. The Residence Dining Manager is responsible for providing operational assistance by overseeing all activities and supervising and directing all front- line employees in the unit. This position is responsible for the day-to -day front-of-house food service operations and provision of daily food service to the student residents. Culinary experiences and well-maintained environments are fundamental to student success. From brain-powering ingredients to comforting flavor combinations, nutritious food doesn’t have to be boring.
