Responsibilities: Develop and execute a federal sales strategy focused on growing Arctiq’s presence across Government of Canada departments and agencies. Build and expand relationships with federal customers, executives, technical stakeholders, procurement teams, and key industry partners. Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across Arctiq’s portfolio, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, Data & AI, Professional Services, and Managed Services. Understand departmental priorities, budgets, procurement timelines, modernization initiatives, and technology challenges to position the right Arctiq solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline of federal opportunities and provide accurate forecasting throughout complex government sales cycles. Navigate Canadian federal procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Standing Offers, Supply Arrangements, task-based procurements, and other applicable contracting vehicles. Work closely with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Shared Services Canada (SSC), OEMs, distributors, prime contractors, and strategic partners as appropriate. Partner with Arctiq’s pre-sales, engineering, services, and leadership teams to develop solutions aligned with federal technical, security, compliance, and operational requirements. Lead and support the development of proposals, quotes, Statements of Work, and responses to government solicitations. Develop strong relationships with key technology partners and understand their Canadian public-sector programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies. Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through contract award and ensure strong internal coordination throughout the sales process. Identify opportunities to expand existing federal accounts through cross-selling, Professional Services, Managed Services, and additional technology solutions. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, gross profit, and sales quota objectives. Stay current on Government of Canada IT priorities, procurement initiatives, cybersecurity requirements, cloud adoption, digital modernization, and competitive activity. Represent Arctiq at federal industry events, partner meetings, customer briefings, and government technology forums. Qualifications: 5+ years of successful technology sales experience, with demonstrated experience selling into the Canadian Federal Government. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the federal public sector. Strong understanding of Government of Canada procurement processes and buying practices. Established relationships within federal departments and agencies, SSC, PSPC, OEMs, distributors, systems integrators, and/or the Canadian government contracting community strongly preferred. Experience selling IT products, Professional Services, Managed Services, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions. Familiarity with Government of Canada procurement vehicles such as Standing Offers, Supply Arrangements, TBIPS, SBIPS, ProServices, or similar vehicles is an asset. Ability to understand departmental business and mission priorities and translate them into technology and services opportunities. Strong understanding of modern technology trends, including cloud, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, networking, automation, and Data & AI. Experience responding to government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and working with proposal, contracts, and technical teams. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop strategic account plans and pursuit strategies for complex federal opportunities. Highly motivated, persistent, and comfortable managing long and complex government sales cycles. Existing federal customer relationships and an active Government of Canada security clearance are considered strong assets. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
