No sales !No surveys! - just helping people What you'll do : Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations Dispatch the proper authorities , verify that help is on the way Document all responses accurately for the signals Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently Participate in training and development , for professional growth. What We're Looking for ? : Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations willing to work weekends and holidays Must able to pass a background check Able to pass two week training class Experience in customer service is preferred Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
