Arobas personnel is looking for a QA Lead for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal,Laval or Toronto. Remote : Hybrid* We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to ensure the quality and integrity of data-driven solutions while leading a small QA team. This role combines hands-on backend testing responsibilities with technical leadership and mentorship. Responsibilities Perform manual backend testing to validate system functionality and data integrity. Create and execute test scenarios related to data validation and quality assurance. Conduct data quality checks and analyze results using SQL queries. Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with technical teams. Lead and support a small QA team while remaining actively involved in testing activities. Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices. Support test automation initiatives when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in Quality Assurance and manual backend testing. Strong SQL expertise. Solid understanding of data quality validation and testing methodologies. Experience leading or mentoring QA team members. Familiarity with automation tools such as Cucumber or Selenium is an asset.
