Customer Service Representative (PM Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Calgary, AB Shift: PM Shift — Monday to Thursday Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $19.75/hour Requirements 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably working directly with external clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and professionalism when interacting with customers.

The role involves providing professional customer service and interacting with external clients. The representative must operate effectively within a fast-paced environment during the PM shift.

Candidates need 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with external clients. Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism are required.
