Warehouse Operations Coordinator Location: 6745 76 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2C 5V1 Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: $25.00–$26.00/hour Are you an organized logistics professional with experience in warehouse operations and supply chain? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse activities by coordinating freight appointments, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, carriers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food) Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound freight appointments with carriers. Manage warehouse driver check-ins and customer pickups. Support warehouse supervisors with daily administrative tasks and documentation. Maintain accurate pallet movement records using the CHEP system. Investigate inventory discrepancies, customer returns (RAs), and resolve short claims. Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely return authorizations. Maintain warehouse documentation, including safety manuals, MSDS records, and inventory of warehouse supplies. Assist with interdepartmental communication to resolve operational issues. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Provide occasional support with order picking during peak operational periods. Qualifications Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations is required. Experience with SAP is considered a strong asset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with the CHEP pallet management system is an asset. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
