Headquartered in Vernon, British Columbia, Arrowleaf Real Estate Holdings Ltd. (“Arrowleaf”) is a real estate investment and development company with an established portfolio of multi-family, industrial, retail and office assets across Canada. We take a long-term view in our developments and investments, with a desire to improve our community through our projects. With a substantial development pipeline, as well as several partnerships and projects underway, we are searching for a motivated Real Estate Analyst to join our team. About the Role Reporting to the Investment Manager, the Real Estate Analyst will work across departments to analyze income-producing, value-add, and development properties to support decisions related to acquisitions, dispositions, capital structuring, and portfolio administration. The successful candidate will also support portfolio valuations, hold/sell analysis, property-level budgeting, lease administration, and reporting. Primary Job Responsibilities Build and maintain Argus Enterprise and Excel models to support acquisitions, developments, partnerships, and portfolio analysis. Conduct research and analysis related to lease rates, comparable sales, and submarket trends. Assist in preparing business cases for investment, development, and asset management opportunities. Update and maintain portfolio valuations across income-producing assets. Create and maintain lease abstracts and assist with property budgets, CAM reconciliations, and investment reporting. Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting to management and partners. Assist with implementation of AI workflows. Participate in special projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of related experience; co-op, internship, or practicum experience in commercial real estate is an asset. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, CoPilot); experience to Argus Enterprise considered an asset. Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) Strong analytical aptitude and confidence working with numbers. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Special Requirements Proven work ethic with utmost integrity. Optimistic, solutions-oriented mindset. High standards and excellent attention to detail. Low ego and a genuine eagerness to learn. Able to maintain confidentiality in business and social settings. Compensation $60,000 to $70,000 annual base salary. Annual bonus and benefits package. Compensation will be based on education and experience.
