Position Overview ARS Responds Canada is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our national brand presence across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Brand Strategy, this role will transform ideas into high-impact visual storytelling that supports business development, employee engagement, recruitment, customer confidence, and brand growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Design high-impact visual assets across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials Support RFQ/RFP submissions through strong visual layout, structure, and storytelling Develop campaign creative for social media, website, recruitment, email, and ARS internal communications platform Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all ARS touchpoints Collaborate with Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Experience: 7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Microsoft PowerPoint Strong portfolio demonstrating: Brand design Presentation design Digital campaigns Print and layout design Executive-level visual storytelling Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Experience with WordPress, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics considered an asset What Great Looks Like Every ARS asset should feel: Intentional Professional Consistent Modern Executive-level The successful candidate will help strengthen the visual authority of the ARS brand across every audience and touchpoint.
