Join our team as a Data Science Analyst and help drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives that deliver real business impact. 📍 Position: Data Science Analyst 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 📌 Location: MISSISSAUGA, CA(Hybrid) What You'll Do 🔹 Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. 🔹 Perform data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to support advanced analytical and machine learning models. 🔹 Develop, test, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. 🔹 Partner with technology teams to deploy analytical solutions and machine learning models into production environments. 🔹 Support the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, including model development, training, testing, monitoring, validation, and performance evaluation. 🔹 Work closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. 🔹 Document methodologies, assumptions, and model outcomes to support governance and review processes. 🔹 Present analytical findings, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 🔹 Stay current with emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. Required Qualifications ✅ Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field ✅ 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related disciplines ✅ Hands-on experience developing, validating, and evaluating machine learning models ✅ Strong understanding of ML/DL techniques and model development best practices ✅ Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, TensorFlow, or similar analytics and machine learning frameworks ✅ Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies ✅ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills ✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

The Data Science Analyst will analyze large datasets to uncover trends and develop machine learning models. They will also collaborate with technology teams to deploy solutions and present findings to stakeholders.

Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in data science or machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with emerging technologies are also required.
