Datacenter Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day onsite data center deployment activities and provide representation at the customer site. Coordinate and oversee deployment work involving power, racks, servers, network infrastructure, cabling, Ethernet, InfiniBand (IB), and HPC environments. Supervise local contractors and support remote deployment teams. Perform and support validation activities, including cable resets, cable swaps, reboots, and deployment verification. Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution of blockers. Attend daily stand-ups, coordination meetings, and provide regular status reporting. Support off-hours, weekend, and urgent operational activities as required. Maintain full-time onsite presence within the data center environment. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in data center support, infrastructure deployment, or related environments. Proven experience with data center deployment projects and deployment lifecycle management. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, racks, servers, networking, and cabling. Experience supporting Ethernet, InfiniBand (IB), network cabling, and/or HPC deployments. Comfortable working hands-on in data center environments. Experience coordinating contractors, deployment teams, and project stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational, reporting, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Availability to participate in pre-deployment planning calls and commit to the project schedule without extended planned absences.
