Senior Dispatcher

Artohlam Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Dispatcher to join our Operations Team and lead our growing Canada–USA cross-border operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily cross-border freight operations between Canada and the United States. Dispatch company drivers and coordinate with owner operators and partner carriers. Source and secure profitable freight through the open market. Utilize Loadlink and other load boards to identify backhaul opportunities and maximize fleet utilization. Plan efficient routes while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, customs requirements, and border regulations. Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teams. Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining high service standards. Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and ensure accurate documentation. What We're Looking For 5+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in cross-border transportation. Strong knowledge of Canada–USA cross-border freight operations. Extensive experience using Loadlink and sourcing freight in the open market. Understanding of customs procedures, ACE/ACI, and cross-border documentation. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with brokers and customers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience with transportation management systems (Rose Rocket and Samsara experience is an asset). Why Join Artohlam Group?
