Equipment Operator - Temporary

Ashcroft Terminal and the PSA Group are seeking a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our growing team! As the only private logistics terminal in Canada with CP & CN mainlines onsite, ATL is strategically located to help shippers, manufacturers, and producers prepare their commodities for export or import. As a member of PSA International, Ashcroft Terminal is part of a global network of supply chain professionals! In the position of Equipment Operator, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. In this position, you will be responsible for: * Operate heavy machinery and equipment to perform day-to-day operation tasks. * Load and unload fuel from a rail car into a transport truck. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and workflow. * As required, perform general labour tasks to assist with site maintenance. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. For success in this role, you must have: * Your Grade 12 education or equivalent. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * The ability to perform physically repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs. * The ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions during irregular working hours. In this position, you can look forward to a four-on, four-off (12-hour shift) schedule. The operator is responsible for using heavy machinery to complete daily tasks and loading fuel from rail cars into transport trucks. Additionally, they must coordinate with team members and perform general labor for site maintenance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean record. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions during irregular hours.
