About the role As a Mid-Level IAM Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our security ecosystem, designing, implementing, and optimizing identity solutions that keep our organization safe while empowering productivity. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure AD to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. Your work will directly reduce risk, improve compliance, and enhance the user experience for thousands of employees and customers. What you will do: Configure, maintain, and optimize IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Azure Active Directory. Develop and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows using APIs, scripts, and connectors. Partner with security, compliance, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions into new and existing systems. Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Support periodic access reviews, audit requests, and compliance reporting (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001). Contribute to IAM roadmap planning, bringing forward ideas for innovation and eYiciency. What you bring: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management engineering or administration. Proficiency with at least two major IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, Ping Identity, etc.) Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos). Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their IAM models. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance security and usability. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical and nontechnical teams.
