Job Duties Compile, verify, record and process forms and documents Key in, edit, proofread and finalize documents Maintain and prepare reports Order office supplies Perform bookkeeping tasks Photocopy documents for distribution, mailing and filing Process incoming and outgoing mail Provide general information to clients and public Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries Send and receive messages and documents Sort, process and verify forms and documents Enter trades and follow up on trade execution Event management Producing webinars Education High School Diploma (or equivalent) Post Secondary Education Qualification Canadian Securities Course Skill Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of major software Solves problems effectively Well organized Works well in a team Great attention to detail 3 years of experience in the financial services industry Position Type Full-Time
