Assemble Internship Academy This internship is part of the Assemble Internship Academy, designed to give students hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing company operates behind the scenes. Interns support real business initiatives and gain insight into how events, communities, and internal teams work together to serve enterprise leaders around the world. Depending on your program and business needs, interns may support areas such as: * Membership & Community * Event Operations * Marketing & Communications * Graphic Design * People & Culture (HR) * Technology & Data * Business Operations How You’ll Contribute As an intern at Assemble, you will support the day-to-day operational and administrative work that enables our teams to stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering great work. Typical responsibilities may include: * Learning how the business works: Spend time working alongside different teams, gaining exposure to how marketing, events, community, operations, and other functions collaborate to deliver value to enterprise leaders around the world. * Supporting real projects: Jump in where needed to help teams execute projects — tracking tasks, organizing materials, and contributing to the work that drives our events, communities, and internal initiatives. * Keeping the wheels turning: Help teams stay organized and on track by coordinating schedules,maintainingfiles and systems, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep projects moving. * Bringing ideas and work to life: Assist with preparing presentations, documents, and internal communications that help teams collaborate, share ideas, and move initiatives forward. * Digging into research and insights: Support light research projects, organize information, and help teamsidentifyways to make processes smoother and more efficient. We have a hybrid model: part time in our downtown Toronto office and part time remote. Occasional travel opportunities to support at our events may also be provided. This internship is unpaid and intended for students completing a required academic internship, co-op, or placement program through their school. In return, you gain meaningful professional experience, mentorship from experienced team members, and exposure to real business operations in a high-growth environment.
