The successful candidate will join a dynamic team active on municipal infrastructure projects, including water mains, sanitary sewers, drainage, development and roadways. Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to design to construction. Executing tenders, constructability assessments, contract administration, and inspection of municipal infrastructure projects. Performing Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews for other Engineers of Record on project deliverables. Mentoring and coaching team of engineers and technologists on technical work and project management processes. Does this sound like you? Undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited university. Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with APEGA. 5+ years of civil engineering experience in design and construction of stormwater drainage, water transmission, sanitary sewer collection and grading projects in both brownfield and greenfield settings. Proven application of government and industry design, standards, specifications, regulations and guidelines for water, sanitary and stormwater infrastructure design and construction. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D is considered an asset. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with APEGA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing stormwater, water transmission, and sanitary sewer projects is required.
