In this role you will be responsible for major transportation projects — engaging with clients, guiding innovative design solutions, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Leading a multi-disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents. Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection. Managing projects from concept through design and construction. Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications. Delivering projects on budget and schedule. Mentoring and coaching engineers and technologists. Building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment. Does this sound like you? Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligible). 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation. Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner’s Engineer). Strong project management and business development skills. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. Valid driver’s licence.
