Change Management Specialist Location: Montréal, Quebec Duration: Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) Start Date: ASAP Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 What we will accomplish together Our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is undergoing a significant transformation focused on modernizing employee experience, streamlining processes, and building the workforce of the future. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that drive organizational change and business transformation across Human Capital Management (HCM) functions. Your mission (should you choose to accept it!) As a Change Management Specialist, you will support large-scale change initiatives by helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure successful adoption and engagement throughout the change journey. Your day-to-day will include Supporting change management activities for global transformation initiatives. Conducting stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments. Developing recommendations for communication, training, engagement, and go-live support strategies. Creating executive-ready presentations, talking points, and communication materials. Supporting project leads in simplifying complex information for diverse audiences. Coordinating meetings, workshops, forums, and change-related events. Collaborating with change champions and stakeholders across multiple teams and regions. Ensuring consistency in change management methodologies while adapting approaches to project-specific needs. Providing administrative and organizational support for project activities and governance forums. Your future team You will join a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to delivering large-scale transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, international environment. The team works closely with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders across multiple regions. Your Tech & Business Toolkit Change Management methodologies and best practices Project Management principles Stakeholder Analysis & Impact Assessments Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Suite Business Communications & Presentation Development You Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. 1-2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, or a related field. Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is considered an asset. Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent business writing and presentation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
