We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in GenAI technologies to join the Resilience Technology team and drive key initiatives forward. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team. Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality. Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. Learn and apply Morgan Stanley’s proprietary frameworks and best practices. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed. Skills & Experience Required Python: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code. React: 5+ years of UI/UX implementation experience. GenAI: Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants. Databases: Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies. OOP & Design Patterns: Strong grasp and practical use during development. Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting: Solid working knowledge. Analytical Skills: Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems. Teamwork & Communication: Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written. Testing: Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components. Skills & Experience Desired Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization. Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools. Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture. Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell. Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming. Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.

Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Python and React within an agile environment. Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance development velocity and collaborate with global teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Requires 7-10 years of Python experience and over 5 years of React UI/UX implementation. Proficiency in RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and GenAI technologies is essential.
