Job Title: Program Manager, Data Retention Program What we will accomplish together: You will lead a strategic data governance and data retention program for a major organization. You will coordinate business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. Your mission (should you choose to accept it!): Lead a complex data governance program while aligning stakeholders, resources, and business objectives. Your day-to-day will include: Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team including PMs and PCOs Ensuring alignment with data governance strategic objectives Managing communications and organizational change initiatives Building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders Developing and maintaining integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and dependencies Managing risks, issues, and performance indicators Supporting the transition of deliverables to operational teams Your future team: You will collaborate with business, IT, data governance, and program management teams.
