Job Description: Full Stack Developer (TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS) Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO) 12 months Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript. Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications. Develop robust backend services and data access layers leveraging PostgreSQL. Design secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud solutions on AWS. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency. Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues across environments. Ensure adherence to security, scalability, performance, and coding standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern application development practices. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization, and data modeling. Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM. Experience building and integrating REST APIs and microservices. Strong understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and automated testing frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with Okta, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and authentication/authorization frameworks. Solution architecture and system design experience. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience designing highly available and scalable enterprise solutions. Exposure to observability and monitoring tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. AWS Certification (Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer) is a plus. Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices using TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS while participating in code reviews and CI/CD pipeline management.

Requires over 5 years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services. Candidates should have experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and Agile methodologies.
