Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents, performing due diligence, and supporting senior team members advising clients on transactions within the Infrastructure & Energy Transition sectors across North America and globally. Qualifications An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other quantitative fields 1-3 years of experience, ideally within infrastructure and energy investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory (desired) Exposure to energy transition / renewable energy transactions in North America and/or globally Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (including complex project finance models) Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing Ability to take initiative and work independently with guidance from senior bankers Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment Competitive compensation package in accordance with experience / seniority.
