Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate / Senior Associate, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking. The Associate / Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents, performing due diligence, and advising clients on transactions. They will work closely with senior team members and clients to support the successful execution of projects within the Infrastructure & Energy Transition sectors. Qualifications An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other quantitative fields 3-6 years of experience in infrastructure and energy investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory Hands-on experience on energy transition / renewable energy transactions in North America and/or globally Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills (including complex project finance models) Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment Competitive compensation package in accordance with experience / seniority.

The role involves conducting financial analyses, developing complex project finance models, and preparing transaction documents. The Associate will perform due diligence and advise clients to ensure the successful execution of projects in the Infrastructure and Energy Transition sectors.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field and 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory. Proven hands-on experience with energy transition or renewable energy transactions globally or in North America is required.
