Role Overview We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator - LPN to join our team and make a significant impact in clinical quality, compliance, and operational support. In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative support, assist with quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits, support compliance with organizational policies, CARF, Accreditation Canada, and applicable provincial standards, and contribute to the development and delivery of education for healthcare staff. This role requires strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, as well as the willingness and ability to travel across Alberta as required. Qualifications/Skills/Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - active registration with CLHA and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience in geriatrics is considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Canva, Yardi, and Alaya is an asset. Understanding of CCHSS and accommodation standards. Knowledge of infection prevention and control (IPC), medication management, and occupational health and safety (OHS). Familiarity with clinical audits, CARF, Accreditation Canada standards, and quality improvement processes is considered an asset. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel across Alberta as required. Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (current within 6 months). Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
