What You'll Do As a Health Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents: Deliver personalized, respectful care in a home-like setting. Assist with all aspects of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support mealtimes by serving, feeding, and assisting with nutrition. Respond to call bells and assist coworkers when needed. Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Promote safety and well-being for all residents and team members. Contribute to quality improvement and uphold confidentiality standards. What You Bring Health Care Aide (HCA) - active registration with CLHA and in good standing. Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. A commitment to person-centered care and compassionate service. Candidates must have active registration as a Health Care Aide and current CPR/BCLS certification. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to person-centered care.
