Position Overview ASUS is seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and execution‑focused Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support and grow our presence across key online marketplaces. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day marketplace operations, including inventory management, order and customer service coordination, promotional execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence while supporting revenue growth and a best‑in‑class customer experience across all marketplace platforms. Responsibilities The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Manage daily operations across assigned online marketplaces, ensuring product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and content accuracy are maintained at all times Own marketplace inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment planning, stock allocation, and coordination with internal supply chain and logistics teams Monitor order flow, fulfillment performance, returns, and cancellations, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues Oversee marketplace customer service operations by partnering with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate, and brand‑aligned responses to customer inquiries and escalations Plan, execute, and manage marketplace promotions, deals, and events in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product management teams Ensure promotional accuracy across pricing, discounts, bundles, and messaging, while meeting marketplace requirements and deadlines Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales, inventory health, customer feedback, and operational KPIs Generate insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and marketplace profitability Serve as the primary operational point of contact for marketplace partners, managing platform updates, policy changes, and issue resolution Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product management, finance, customer service, and sales teams to support business objectives Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to scale marketplace operations effectively Qualifications Required Experience 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, preferably within consumer electronics or a fast‑paced retail environment Hands‑on experience managing inventory, orders, and promotions on major online marketplaces Experience working cross‑functionally with supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including inventory management, fulfillment models, and customer service workflows Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify issues, trends, and optimization opportunities High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing marketplace requirements and business needs Proficient in MS Office applications, and eCommerce or operations management tools Collaborative team player with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline Experience working directly with major global marketplaces and their operational tools Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory planning tools, or order management systems Working Conditions: Office Only: Typically works in an office environment Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
