If the answer is yes, you should probably work with us. Description: Wicehtowak Frontec Services is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Jansen, SK. The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, installation/dismantling of electrical systems. Where We Work and Live: The Jansen discovery Lodge is a workforce housing facility in support of the potash mine. The camp is located 155 kilometers east of Saskatoon, SK. Our positions work on a 14 day on, 7 days off rotation. Accommodations and meals during your work rotations are provided by the company. Responsibilities: Complete timely inspections, testing and accurate reporting of equipment defects / deficiencies Conduct timely maintenance services and quality repair of equipment Provide input to the Maintenance Coordinator for the planned and scheduled work and assist with the completion of the committed schedule Assist with the scoping, estimating, planning and execution of new work or projects Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meets the requirements of the appropriate codes Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Journeyman Certified Electrician (Red Seal) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Current certificates in Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to read drawings and schematics Ability to build and work in a team environment is crucial along with a strong commitment to personal and team safety We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted. The Journeyman Electrician performs preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and installations of electrical systems. They are also responsible for reporting equipment defects and assisting with the planning and execution of new projects.

Candidates must be a Red Seal Certified Journeyman Electrician with at least 5 years of experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Required certifications include Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform.
