ATCO Structures is looking to hire an Apprentice Electrician to join our Kamloops Manufacturing Plant. Under the guidance of a Lead Hand or Journeyperson, the Apprentice Electrician is responsible for the wiring of modular units from rough to finishing. Job Responsibilities: * Assisting and or wiring modular units from rough-in, to finishing * Assisting in and or installation of wiring units, panels, and fixtures * Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts. * Troubleshoot and test all electrical wiring units and fixtures in modular units. * Perform quality inspections and inspect tools and the shop. * Use hands and power tools. * Follow all safety procedures. * Other duties as assigned. Who You Are: * Registered Apprentice Electrician * Previous experience with modular units is considered an asset * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Ability to work safely with a wide variety of hand and power tools as well as materials. * Ability to work in a team environment.
