Develop end-to-end capital cost estimates for surface mining projects from conceptual to definitive stages following AACE standards. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate deliverables and maintain cost databases. Requires 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in capital cost estimation for mining projects and a degree in engineering or a related technical field. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel, and fluency in English are mandatory.
