Lead the development of Level of Effort (LoE) and engineering design cost estimations for complex infrastructure projects. Collaborate with design discipline leads to define assumptions, resource needs, and maintain standardized estimation methodologies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10-15+ years of progressive experience in engineering estimation or design management. Must be bilingual in English and French and possess a strong understanding of project delivery models like EPC and EPCM.
